Just a real quick one today to give you an opportunity to hear one of our radio show interviews. A few months ago, we did an interview with a very postive woman named Dr. Beth Erickson. If you'd like to take a listen, she's offering it at no cost for a little bit longer and then it will be archived.

To listen to our interview with Dr. Beth Erickson entitled “Project Everlasting,” all you have to do is go online and search for www.healthylife.net  Near the top right, there is an oval entitled archive. Click on that twice. The archive page opens so you can scroll down the right side until you find Dr. Beth Erickson, under the Inspiration and Motivation heading. Double click on her name, and then double click on our show, and it will automatically start to play.
